Pre Bid:
Services include developing winning bid strategies and delivery solutions; preparing company marketing plans, pre-bid marketing and brand awareness; process mapping of work winning activities and producing high scoring prequalification responses.
Bid:
We will work with you to confirm your client’s needs, develop and agree an overall strategy and create, review, edit and improve responses that maximise your scores. We can set up and manage the schedule of deliverables using proven tools to help control this process, develop graphics to give the submission the quality appearance it deserves, and format and proof read the text to make sure it’s well presented.
Post Bid:
We will help you to prepare teams ready for interview, develop tender presentations that have a high impact, assist in the process of creating revised tender offers, carry out post bid reviews and help prepare teams ready for the delivery stage.
Delivery:
We can provide facilitators to help you to establish collaborative working practices; assist in the implementation of stakeholder engagement plans; prepare project presentations during the construction process; and, help teams to gather evidence data for use in future tenders.
