PCS was established by Paul Firth and Katherine Bew to provide winning bid management services to construction companies. We have successfully developed the business by carefully selecting high calibre professionals, with a range of skills, to give you a consistently high quality service, no matter what your bid process needs.

We began by specialising in the construction industry and this continues to be our area of expertise. We have now developed tools and methods which are applicable to any bid process, enabling us to work across a variety of business sectors.

Paul Firth’s whole career in the construction industry has particularly been focused on the work winning process, managing large marketing and business development teams, and working on major bids, including complex PFI projects.

Katherine Bew has twenty years' construction bidding experience. She uses her leadership skills and lively personality to inspire teams, encouraging them to work cohesively to win bids and improve their work winning processes.
